By accessing or using the PRINTMONEY website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Intellectual Property
All content, including photography, typography, design blueprints, text, and graphics, is the exclusive intellectual property of PRINTMONEY and protected under international copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
Pricing & Small-Batch Availability
Due to the small-batch nature of our production, availability of garments is strictly limited. We reserve the right to modify prices or retire silhouettes without notice. In the rare event of a typographical pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any affected orders and issue an immediate refund.
Order Cancellations & Transaction Fees
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting Concierge support. A non-refundable fee of ₹99 is applied to all cancelled orders to cover payment gateway transaction processing fees and handling charges. The balance refund will be returned to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
Returns, Exchanges & Fees
Sizing depends strictly on published size charts; returns and exchanges are not accepted for size mismatch. For approved returns of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, a non-refundable processing fee of ₹459 will be applied and deducted from the final refund to cover reverse logistics and inspection costs.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
