Strict Size Chart & Sizing Policy
Before placing an order, you must check out our size chart entirely. The size of our T-shirts depends entirely on our published size chart (all measurements are based on inches).
No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be processed for size mismatches or wrong size selection. There will be no returns for size mismatches, no exchanges for size mismatches, and no refunds for size mismatches.
Eligible Returns & Exchanges
Returns, refunds, or exchanges will ONLY be considered when the garment received is torn, defective/damaged, or a wrong product was delivered.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
In the event that you receive a torn, damaged, or wrong product, you must provide a clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video of the product upon arrival.
- The unboxing video must clearly display the sealed shipping package and shipping label before opening.
- The video must show the unpacking of the parcel and explicitly showcase the defect, tear, or wrong product received.
- Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be eligible for review or processing.
Non-Refundable Return Fee
A non-refundable fee of ₹459 will be applied on all processed returns to cover reverse courier logistics, handling, and inspection fees. This amount will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Initiating an Eligible Claim
If your item is eligible (torn, damaged, or wrong item with unboxing video), please contact our concierge team via Phone / WhatsApp at +91 7065579155 or email concierge@printmoney.in within 48 hours of delivery along with your order number and unboxing video. Once verified, our team will assist you with an exchange or return (subject to the ₹459 non-refundable fee).
