Returns & Exchanges
Our Philosophy
We craft garments intended to last a lifetime. If a piece does not meet your expectations or the fit is not entirely perfect, we offer complimentary returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
Garments must be returned in pristine, unworn condition with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. Garments that have been altered, washed, or show signs of wear will not be accepted.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact your dedicated concierge or email returns@printmoney.com with your order number. We will provide a pre-paid DHL shipping label and arrange a complimentary courier collection from your home or office.
