No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be processed for size mismatches. Sizing depends strictly on our published size chart (measurements in inches). Returns/exchanges are strictly accepted ONLY for torn, defective, or wrong products delivered, requiring an unboxing video.
We recommend professional dry cleaning for most of our tailored garments. Knitwear should be gently hand washed or dry cleaned, and always stored folded in a breathable cotton garment bag.
